Lindsay Christensen is the founder and owner of Rock On Nutrition. Her enthusiasm for health, adventure, and the outdoors inspired her to create Rock On Nutrition. After many years of chronic illness, including Lyme disease, Lindsay is finally on the road to recovery. She continues to find healing power in nature, and her desire to have adventures outdoors provides her with endless inspiration for pushing herself to reach her best level of health.
Lindsay graduated as Co-Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude from National University of Health Sciences with her BS in Biomedical Science and an Emphasis in Nutrition in 2016. She is currently pursuing her MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
When Lindsay is not reading, researching, or writing about nutrition and health, she loves rock climbing, hiking, traveling, nature photography.
